A Coorg wedding is held on a coffee estate or a rainforest resort in the hills of Karnataka, with misty mornings and cool evenings. The best months are October to March. It pairs well with Kerala for guests who want both hills and beaches. For 150 guests over three days, expect roughly ₹44.2–93.6 lakh (about US$46,000–98,000).

Coorg, or Kodagu, is coffee country: rolling estates, rainforest and waterfalls at around 1,000 metres, with a proud local culture of its own.

Weddings here are green, cool and intimate. Estates host ceremonies on lawns among the coffee, and guests wake up to mist in the valleys.
